I started painting in acrylic in 2018. I was getting ready for a show of floral art in support of the Huntington's Society, and I wanted to include paintings by other people as well, some of them beginners. Acrylic seems to be suited to beginners, since clean up is fairly simple and the paint dries quick. I might try using this more often outdoors, since I can get similar effects to what I can get from oil, but without the solvents, and without having to try to transport wet paintings. Prices below do not include the cost of framing.
